AdvantagesSeamless linking among each component in the production chain

MEKO locates two factories in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta respectively. By fully utilizing the regions’ abundant labor force, high level of industrial information exchange and supporting facilities, MEKO manages to integrate the internal and external resources to achieve better production capacity and strict quality management system. In this ways enables MEKO to consistently supply the multi-variety and small-amount products at competitive pricess to the high-end customers worldwide.

AdvantagesMaterial application

By making continuous efforts in technology development, MEKO commits to extend the range of material application as to accommodate customers’ needs of adopting new materials to product development.

  • 01

    Diversified material

    Conventional plastic: ABS、PC、PA、PP、PMMA、POM、PET、PBT、PVC and so on;

  • 02

    Common engineering plastics

    Advanced Engineering Plastics:PA66、PA66+GF30、PA66+GF50、,PA46、PPS、PPS+GF、PEEK、PEI、PAI、 PBT+GF、PTFE and so on;

  • 03

    Advanced engineering plastics

    Aluminum(1 series, 2 series, 3 series, 5 series, 6 series, 7 series),Copper、Brass、Titanium and so on

  • 04

    Nonferrous metals

    Gear Steel,Bearing Steel,Tool Steel,Stainless steel,Carbon steel,Powder metallurgy materials and so on;

  • 05

    Steels of various models

    Die-cast aluminum panel (A380, ADC10, ADC12), magnesium alloy panel (AZ91D, AZ30) and zinc alloy panel (zmark3, zmark5) are common materials for die-casting production. However, due to the fact that the sheet metals of these materials are hardly available for small-amount production, samples need making in other materials. In this case, samples tests would fail to obtain real data and real product performance. After rounds of trial production and product tests, MEKO now is able to produce the qualified sheet metals in mentioned materials above and provide CNC manufactured prototype in required materials for expected performance.

AdvantagesQuality management

Strict quality management

MEKO was certified by ISO9001:2008 quality management system in 2010 with a Quality Control Department well supported by a powerful set of measuring instruments, they being ZEISS CONTURA G3 full-automatic trilinear-coordinate measuring instrument with scan function, HEXAGON TANGO1080 trilinear-coordinate measuring instrument, a full-automatic projector, optic tool presetting and measuring system and Renishaw online measuring system. MEKO can provide measuring service at different stages of product development, from developing production flow to finished product measurement, for the customers.
